100% of your donations goes to supporting our PCOS Together research results being published in peer reviewed journals, presenting our PCOS research findings at conferences locally, nationally & internationally, PCOS community webinars & forums with PCOS healthcare experts and the ability for us to share other PCOS Together community activities and helpful PCOS related information.
All donations will receive an University of Alberta charitable tax receipt and tax credit.
When you donate online you will receive an email immediately after from the University of Alberta <annual.giving@ualberta.ca.alumniq.email> confirming your gift donation. Approximately one hour later you will received another email from the University of Alberta <advrcpt@ualberta.alumniq.email> with a link to download your official charitable tax receipt and tax credit.
Trouble shooting tips if you receive an error message when trying to donate online:
- The address you enter should be the same as your credit card address.
- If you have a unit number, enter it after the building address information and try again. i.e. 11111-11 Street NW, Unit 1
- If you are still receiving an error message, please call your bank and provide them the date and approximate time you tried to make the donation and ask why the transaction would not go through. Note: Some banks recently put a block on these types of online transactions to help with fraud, which can be lifted when requested.
- Or you can write a personal cheque or a bank certified cheque to: University of Alberta and in the memo section indicate Dr. Vine, PCOS Together and mail to Dr. Donna Vine, Division of Human Nutrition, University of Alberta, 4-002H Li Ka Shing Centre, Edmonton, AB, T6G 2E1. Please indicate the full name and the address you want the official charitable tax receipt and tax credit to be in the name of and mailed to and the University of Alberta Giving office will mail it via Canada Post asap.
