Join us this month as we discuss all things sleep! Our talk will feature two sleep-related experts who will provide insight and guidance on sleep and sleep-related challenges.

Dr. Silvia Pagliardini will share her knowledge on the effects of sex hormones on breathing and what this means for women in perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life.

Dr. Pagliardini will be joined by Registered Psychologist Vanessa Colombina, from the Pine Integrated Health Centre, who will provide a multi-disciplinary lens on this topic and actionable takeaways that women facing insomnia or other sleep challenges can use in their daily lives.
