Understanding Health Care in PCOS: Online Survey

This survey is designed to assess how well Alberta’s healthcare system serves people with PCOS by better understanding the health and experiences of people diagnosed with PCOS in Alberta.
Note: Even though we are focusing on health and healthcare in Alberta, we want to hear from anyone who has PCOS.
So if you have been diagnosed with PCOS, make your voice heard.
The approximate time commitment could be up to one hour (the survey itself is estimated to take about half an hour, on average) and it is volunteer participation only and is anonymous.
